Every MAUI piece is carefully packaged and shipped from Austin, Texas. Standard shipping within the United States is free on every order — no minimum required. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our hands.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
Signature Required
For orders over $300, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and securely.

How to Return
To start a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label and next steps.
Refund Timeline
